Working Environments | |||||
Work being done in one environment will not be effected if you move into another environment. The main Matrix window can be expanded in width to show two recipe panels. To expand the width of the Matrix window click the red R.2 arrow button. The window may be reduced to show only one recipe panel by clicking the R.1 red arrow button. to Formula You may interact with the recipe's materials and quantities in this environment but not with the recipe's formula. An entered recipe may be saved to disc as either an individual file or may be added to a collection of recipes in a database. More... Formula
to Recipe A glaze's Seger formula may be manipulated according to your needs then a new recipe may be generated using the Make Recipe function. All of these process may be monitored on Limits and Al Si graphic displays. More... Blends All of the data generated when the blend is created can be saved to disc for later reloading if required. Blends recipes may be saved as Recipe Databases thus providing access to individual glazes in the blend for further study or manipulation. The worksheet generated in the making of a blend provides information enabling the user to mix bulk corner glazes and mix all blend glazes using the volumetric blending technique. When a blend has been created or loaded from disc, the distribution of Seger formulae in the blend may be viewed on an enlarged Limits and/or Al Si Graph. More... Raw
Materials New Materials may be added to any database. Data relating to existing materials in a database may be changed. New databases may be created. Raw materials may be copied from one database to another and a window may be displayed in which all of the materials in a particular database may be viewed. The raw material data shown in this environment includes all information saved in the raw material file when the material was entered. More... Colourants New colourants may be added to the database.
